What Types of Printers Does Printer Cart Offer?

What's the Difference Between Inkjet & Laser Printers?
Inkjet printers use liquid ink droplets to produce prints, while laser printers use toner powder & heat. Inkjet printers, on the other hand, are typically better for photos & colour documents, while laser printers excel at high-volume black-and-white printing.
What is "PPM"?
PPM stands for “pages per minute” and indicates print speed, usually listed separately for black-and-white and colour printing.
What is the "Duty Cycle" of a Printer?
The duty cycle is the maximum number of pages a printer can handle per month (as recommended by the manufacturer). For regular use, aim for about half the stated duty cycle.

Are Printer Consumables Recyclable?
Yes, many printer consumables are recyclable, as most major printer manufacturers offer recycling programs for used cartridges. However, do check with your printer’s manufacturer for specific recycling options.Â
What's the Difference Between Standard & High-Capacity Cartridges?
High-capacity cartridges contain more ink/toner & can print more pages before needing replacement. While they cost more upfront, they often provide a lower cost per page for high-volume printing.Â

How Long Do Ink/Toner Cartridges Last Before Expiring?
