Returns & Refunds Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and in complete box condition.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
- Returns will not be accepted for opened, used, or incomplete items.
- We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product.
- Store credit can be used toward future purchases at PrinterCart.lk.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
