Anyone may browse and purchase from our website without restrictions.
You agree to provide accurate details (name, address, contact number, etc.) when placing an order.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that all details will always be error-free.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for reasons including unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
Payments are handled securely through trusted third-party processors.

Same-day delivery within Colombo is available for all orders confirmed before 12:00 PM.
Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM within Colombo will be delivered on the following working day.
Deliveries outside Colombo will be completed within 2–5 working days, depending on the location.
Preorders will be fulfilled within 5–10 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

Products can only be returned if they are unopened, in their complete box, and in original condition.
The original invoice must be provided for all returns.
Returns will not be accepted for opened, used, or incomplete items.
No cash refunds will be provided. Instead, customers will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product.
Store credit can be used for future purchases on PrinterCart.lk.

Printers come with a warranty as specified on the purchase invoice from the date of purchase.
Consumables (ink, toner, cartridges, etc.) carry no warranty.
Warranty claims are not valid for: burnt or damaged chips, physical damage, misuse/negligence, unauthorized repairs.
Defective parts covered under warranty will be repaired within 12 working days.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

PrinterCart.lk and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or products.
